I love this cloud. I was coming out of Ann Taylor Loft after a very satisfying shopping trip (thanks to Lisa Reed for the B-day gift card) and saw this gorgeous cloud and felt the need to take a picture. The Columbia Mall sign only adds to the beauty, don't you think....;)



I still love this cloud...although I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to take pictures while driving...

Our neighborhood garage sale was today. I kind of love garage sales...they inspire me to weed out all the crap that I have in my house that I don't really need, but can't ever seem to just take to Good Will. Plus, how funny is it to get a quarter for a snowman, jingle bell, christmas ornament that you don't recall ever seeing in your life?

Garage sales inspire Austin to mow the lawn b/c he sits in the garage looking at the jungle length grass for half an hour and can't stand it any longer. I love that about Austin....:)

MEMORIAL DAY! I love 3 day weekends. I love mornings when I can sleep in until 10:00am and not feel guilty that I should have gotten up earlier to do something productive. Yay for Memorial Day!

After I hauled myself out of bed, I got ready and took the dogs to the park for a run...as I came to one of my favorite parts of the trail, under a beautiful archway of trees, I stumbled across this cute little guy...

..yes, I know that in the picture it just looks like a bunch of mud and some leaves, BUT if you looks closely, you'll see a grey little blob. That blob, is a mole! And a pretty darn cute one too. At least, I think it was a mole. Austin doubts my story because he says moles are always undergroud...but I think this one came up for a visit...he was trying to burrow back down as I was attempting to take his picture. So, I'm 90% sure he's a mole...either way, I was still pretty excited at my wildlife spotting in the woods (and stopping to take pictures was a good excuse to take a break from running...;)).

Holy smokes...how is it already June? According to The Knot, I only have 54 days until I get married. I think that's cause for celebration! And what better way to celebrate than a SMOOTHIE! My first smoothie made in our first wedding present (a blender/food processor combo if you recall from an earlier blog posting). Thanks Tom and Mimi!!!
