This is my May 6th picture...I didn't get it uploaded yesterday so I don't know if that means I'm D.Qed from the project, but I hope not. I have a legit excuse, I worked and after work Austin and I spent the rest of the evening registering for gifts online! And, seriously...how much fun is registering!? It's like being a little kid again and making a list for Santa! Yes. Yes, I do need an ice bucket on a stand that I can put in the backyard next to the grill so I always have an ice cold beer (or soda) within reach. :)
But anyway...back to my picture. I snapped this of my neighbor's flower bed. It's in her front yard near my driveway and everytime I pull in, I see her amazingly beautiful flowers and am (more than) a little jealous because my flower bed is currently filled with weeds and dried up dirt. And probably cat poop. And really, I don't think that I could grow flowers like hers even if I tried. I'm hoping that after I'm married and stop working two jobs that I'll have more time to invest in fun projects like landscaping my yard. Maybe, I'll ask my neighbor for advise...it seems only fair since she kind of stole my cat...that's a story for another blog though.
