I've decided that I am going to modify my 365 Project. I will still take a picture everyday, but I don't think that I will post everyday. I'm a cheater. Or a slacker. Whichever you wanna call it...but really, the fact of the matter is that it's hard for me to find time computer access time to upload pictures everyday. False being so busy. I can't seem to help myself though :) But moving on...
Today's picture is of Austin on the Plaza. I had it all planned out in my head that when I got engaged, I was going to make a personal visit to each of my closest girlfriends, bestow upon them a gift, and ask them to do me the honor of being a bridesmaid. In reality, I sent a mass email begging them to save the date and apologizing for the short notice. So, when I told Austin that I wanted to use my rare Friday evening off of work to go visit my girls in KC, he offered to drive (he's pretty amazing), despite the fact that he does not quite understand the female tradition of giving a gift to ask them to be a part of the wedding. I explained that girls just like presents...I think he's still lost though :)
Sadly, 2 of the 3 of my bridesmaids had to cancel because of work conflict, BUT my Sara-bear and her husband met Austin and I at California Pizza Kitchen and we had a lovely double date. Even though it was a much smaller party that originally planned, it was well worth the 4 hour drive back and forth from KC :)
