Best day of the year. Not even because it actually was the best day of the year, because as days go, it was about a B, maybe a B+, but solely because it's MY BIRTHDAY!!!
And what better way to celebrate my birthday than with an ice cream sundae social at work, a pedicure with my mom and sister (which I subsequently destroyed by putting on closed toed shoes too soon afterwards), spending 2 hours stuck at school at an awards ceremony (okay, maybe that part kind of sucked. A lot), having dinner at Mackenzies with the best finance ever and enjoying a Titty Marie (or 2), and ending the evening opening gifts from the best soon to be Mother-in-Law ever (her thoughtfulness literally reduced me to tears...the Titty Maries may have played a part though...)!
Peanut butter M&Ms. Just about the best b-day gift ever...couple that with Wicked Ticket and some other sweet stuff and you can see why there were tears ;)
Thank you everyone who made my b-day amazing this year. Who'd a thought 31 could be so fun :) (and I totally did not mean to rhyme...)
